Our client base ranges from a hometown bank with only four branches to one of the top ten banks in the United States. Community and regional banks make up the largest share of our clients. Some banks have internal appraisal departments with trained staff, while others rely on us to navigate the appraisal and compliance landscape. Although the bank is the party engaging our services, we recognize their customers/borrowers are the parties most impacted by the results of our reports.
